The Complete Works is a Limited Company formed in 1998 by Rick and Charlotte Bond to provide consultancy, research and training services for cultural organisations, venues and local authorities

Before establishing the Company, Rick and Charlotte acquired over twenty-years of extensive hand-on experience in the leadership, development and programming of cultural organisations. We specialise in the fields of venue feasibility, governance, organisational management, fundraising, business planning, team-building and providing strategic and development programmes

We have developed team s of specialists enabling us to respond to client needs and budget with a purpose-built team of Associates. These include: architects, market researchers, accountants, legal advisors, fundraisers, programmers, and surveyors

We are committed to involving clients in creating solutions and preparing practical plans to enable them to be realised. We begin by ensuring we wholly understand your perception of the situation, spending time with you to ensure that the proposed programme fully addresses your needs and expectations. We do not charge a fee and for this service

Whether managing client programmes, training or undertaking research and consultancy projects, we ensure that our knowledge and skills remain up-to-date in an ever-changing world. We do this by:

• Investing 10% of company turnover in our own training and research activities

• Encouraging formal feedback from all clients and maintaining contact long after the completion of our contract to support them though implementation and development programmes

Our goal is to be recognised as consultants who deliver, with a reputation for commitment, honesty, imagination and reliability, where profit is not a principle, but a consequence of our work for others
